Description of Air Shock Absorbers

The components of the suspension include elastic elements, guide devices, shock absorbers and anti-roll bars. Elastic elements usually refer to coil springs, leaf springs, air springs, rubber springs, etc. If air springs are used as elastic elements in the suspension, they are also equipped with variable damping shock absorbers, air compressors, accumulators, control units, front and rear axle vehicle height sensors, as well as vehicle acceleration sensors, air spring extension acceleration sensors, etc. The sensor transmits the collected signal to the control unit, which calculates and then issues instructions to adjust the air spring hardness and shock absorber damping to achieve the most ideal elastic state. The application of this technology is what we often call "air suspension"

The air suspension also features traditional automatic chassis lift technology. For example, at highway speeds, the vehicle's ride height automatically lowers, improving ground contact and ensuring excellent high-speed stability while also reducing wind resistance and fuel consumption. When navigating bumpy roads at slow speeds, the chassis automatically raises to improve maneuverability.

Furthermore, the air suspension system automatically maintains vehicle level, maintaining a constant ride height regardless of load. This ensures constant spring travel under all load conditions, virtually unaffecting shock absorption characteristics. This ensures easy control even when fully loaded.
