Power transmission
Establish a rigid or flexible connection between the output shaft of the gearbox and the input shaft of the differential to transmit rotational power.
Angle compensation
The universal joint (U-Joint/CV Joint) is used to accommodate the changes in transmission angle (±15° to 30°) caused by the movement of the vehicle suspension.
Length adjustment
The slip yoke is designed to compensate for minor changes in the wheelbase during vehicle operation, such as on bumpy roads.
Vibration suppression
Dynamic balance calibration (typically ≤ 10g·cm) reduces resonance caused by high-speed rotation (common rotational speeds 3000 to 6000 rpm).
