Engine mounts effectively reduce, absorb and isolate engine vibrations at idle, acceleration and running conditions, blocking vibration transmission to the vehicle body, frame and cab to minimize overall vehicle shake. They also reduce noise and dampen vibration, isolating engine mechanical and resonant noise from entering the cabin, eliminating idle ticking and acceleration roaring while improving interior quietness. Meanwhile, they firmly fix and support the engine and transmission on the frame, bearing the weight and driving torsion tension to prevent displacement and shaking. Additionally, they buffer road impact when passing speed bumps and rough roads, protecting the engine and gearbox from harsh shocks, and offset engine working torque by absorbing torsional deformation with rubber toughness to avoid left-right engine swing and position shift. Furthermore, they reduce vibration-induced pulling and fatigue wear on water pipes, oil pipes, wiring harnesses, brackets and chassis parts, extending the service life of surrounding components.
